Our History
Tri-Auto was born in November of 2000. Since then, co-founders Scott Hill and Andy Medley have grown their automotive direct marketing business from an office of 2 to more than 80 employees (and still growing). Scott and Andy bring endless energy to the company and have each received accolades as young entrepreneurs. In 2006, Inc. Magazine, ranked Tri-Auto #58 on America’s 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies list, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce selected Tri-Auto as the #1 “Best Place to Work” in Indiana, and the Indianapolis Business Journal named Tri-Auto as the 9th Fastest Growing Company in Indiana in 2007.
Based on an Open Book Management philosophy – a firm belief in giving all employees the ability to learn about the business and how they impact it – Tri-Auto’s “Game Management” style has generated more than 500 clients doing more than 6 million direct mail pieces each month. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, our company lives by the same Midwestern values of our employees.

Our House
The facility in which we play reflects our high-energy team culture. Often referred to as “The Stadium,” it’s adorned by MVP awards, banners and trophies displaying employee and company accomplishments. Quarterly goals and employee incentives are easily seen in large print on the walls surrounding our desks. These visuals coupled with our modern building encourage the “business as a game” attitude that makes Tri-Auto a fierce competitor in the market.
