Our MailPlus™ team strategically coordinates a combination of phone calls, colorful shipping tags, cutting-edge technology and persistence to provide you with the best opportunity to control your mail delivery.
Once your direct mail piece leaves one of our manufacturing facilities, our MailPlus™ team goes to work to track the status of your mail. Then, a personalized “Delivery Check-Up” email is sent to you to report our findings.

The MailPlus™ service is standard on all Tri-Auto jobs.
- A full team dedicated to communicating in-home expectations and building relationships with post offices, with 24 hours/day, 7 days/week availability to the United States Postal Service.
- Specially designed postal tray and skid tags to call attention to your mail and differentiate it from the rest.
- Colored shrink-wrap around your mail bundle to make it �pop� when it arrives at the post office. Standing out in the crowd helps post office personnel quickly identify your mail pieces when we call.
- A multistage tracking process that monitors your mail from our facility, to the mail dock, to the postal SCF and, finally, to the mailbox.
- Integration of Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) technology as it replaces Planet Code technology in early 2009.
