Our MailPlus™ team strategically coordinates a combination of phone calls, colorful shipping tags, cutting-edge technology and persistence to provide you with the best opportunity to control your mail delivery.
Once your direct mail piece leaves one of our manufacturing facilities, our MailPlus™ team goes to work to track the status of your mail. Then, a personalized “Delivery Check-Up” email is sent to you to report our findings.

- A full team dedicated to communicating in-home expectations and building relationships with post offices, with 24 hours/day, 7 days/week availability to the United States Postal Service.
- Specially designed postal tray and skid tags to call attention to your mail and differentiate it from the rest.
- Colored shrink-wrap around your mail bundle to make it "pop" when it arrives at the post office. Standing out in the crowd helps post office personnel quickly identify your mail pieces when we call.
- A multistage tracking process that monitors your mail from our facility, to the mail dock, to the postal SCF and, finally, to the mailbox.
- Integration of Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) technology as it replaces Planet Code technology in 2010.
