MailPlus™ strategically coordinates a combination of phone calls, colorful shipping tags, technology and persistence to provide you with the best opportunity to control your mail delivery.

Once your direct mail piece leaves one of our manufacturing facilities, our MailPlus™ team goes to work to track the status of your mail. A personalized “Delivery Check-Up” email is sent to you to report our findings.

The MailPlus™ service is standard on all Tri-Auto jobs.

• A full team dedicated to communicating in-home delivery expectations and building relationships with every post office.
• Specially designed tray and skid tags to call attention to your mail.
• Colored shrink-wrap around your mail bundle to make it “pop” when it arrives at the post office. Standing out in the crowd helps the post office personnel identify your direct mail pieces when we call.
• 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability to the United States Postal Service.
• Tri-Auto is a USPS Confirm Gold level subscriber which allows us to use Planet Code technology to capture encoded data and provide near real-time mail-tracking information as mail pieces pass through electronic sorting equipment.
